Manufacturing Process
Design and cutting
Jincheng can design different colors, patterns and textures of stair mats according to your needs or market trends.Each mat is made with precision cutting equipment and the material is cut into the right shape. You also find that we can customize the desired shape.
Make backing attachment
Adhesive to the surface layer with environmentally friendly glue for non-slip effect and robustness. The backing material is bonded to the stair mat surface material by a hot press. Hot pressing ensures that the two layers are tightly bonded for increased durability.
Edge wrapping and sewing
Use cloth, nylon thread and yarn to wrap the edge of the stair mat to avoid the edge unraveling or straying.
The edge of the stair mat is sewn by an industrial sewing machine to ensure firmness and durability while maintaining a neat appearance of the mat.
Pattern printing or flocking
